Friday we went to Asakusa, where there's a giant temple and where Sanja matsuri was held.
Howesan and I went to the Osukimiyaki place I went to during Sanja matsuri (which she didn't think I could find... but i did!)
I made some delicious yakisoba and howesan posed. it worked out well.
Here's howesan very excited to be there!
then we got our fortunes. Mine was a small fortune that was actually kinda crappy but howesan's was "best fortune" being #1. We couldn't remember if you were supposed to tie them if you wanted them to come true or not come true but we tied them anyway.

Then we walked down the treet in asakusa and there was this random sword shop. It's piratey... ARRRGH
There was this really cute store that had fun bathstuff and cookwares...
kitty pot holders, panda pots, froggie spatulas, lobster tongs, penguin sponges, giraffe scissors, pig tupperwear tops,
awesome pot!
Then there was a D and G shirt that had a surprisingly non-designery message
then we decided we needed some icecream. so we searched for some for about 45 minutes. seriously. Eventually we gave up and went to mcdonalds...
Does this look like a mcdonalds to you??!!!!
Well... this doesn't really look like a subway entrance either so, you never know....
Here was a guy with awesome hair on the subway...
We stopped, had some dinner and then karioke'd it up.

We found Heart and it brought back Rusu Sensei memories... ah, highschool...

at the end of the night, we went to a supermarket because howesan either wanted icecream or a pastry... she craved both pretty much 24/7... but she gave this fruit a very scarry look.
and then we went to sleep.
