[pretend this post isn't pre-dated]
So, Howesan went to class with me today. And it was suuuuch a long day. but, tuesdays and thursdays usually are.
In my first class, Metropolitan Tokyo, the teacher asked Howesan if she'd heard of Ginza before she came to visit me-and she said yes- apparently prooving his point about how trendy and upscale it is. (but he didn't know that in 6th grade she stayed in Ginza and even went trick-or-treating there)
Then we went on a mini-fieldtrip and saw the Australian Embassy which has a crazy kangaroo&emu crest on either side of the building.. in 3d. But the guards outside the embassy wouldn't let our class take pictures.
The next class was Intensive Oral Japanese and Howesan kicked butt. We were practicing going to the doctor, explaining our symptoms, and understanding what the doctor's orders were. Howesan's medicines always had a very high probability of killing you as a side effect. but either way, you no longer had your symptoms.
(oh, Howesan- on Tuesday this week we did more of the same but to practicing the ~tahougaii/~naihougaii forms and one of the things the doctor had to advise the patient was whether they should go to a disco... so obviously Stef and I decided that the patient had Disco Fever. It rivaled the Montezuma's Revenge stomach ache... let me tell you)
After Japanese we had a quick lunch at a ramen place down the street-hana no hana. (i'm not sure whether howesan liked it very much... i don't remember...)
Then we went to my Japanese Culture class where we discussed something boring. howesan all but fell asleep. if i wasn't doodling on my tablet i probably would have too... sometimes the class is horribly boring.
Next, I took howesan back to the dorm so she wouldn't have to deal with my tempermental us and east asian relations teacher who sometimes chastizes students for yawning.
Then I went back had class and came back around 10:30 or so.
Sleep was had by all and it was the end of a looooong day.
